- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was thoroughly impressed with the high standard of customer service. Every staff member with whom I talked was helpful, courteous and informative. I must commend what may be a customary practice for the Barrow branch alone. I saw an elderly woman come to the teller's window, she was gently reminded that there were other people before her in line. However, something else happened that I have never seen in any other Wells Fargo Branch. She was told very politely that she could take a seat and reminded her that elders are given preference as for her place in line. She thanked him and took a seat. I was so pleasantly surprised at the "custom" of serving elders first. The elderly person was not a native elder. So I surmised that all elders received the same courtesy. If Barrow is the only Wells Fargo branch that does this, I commend them for their respect for elders.By Ellisa DeMattio, July 24, 2017
